- Interacting with visitors to ESU 7 - Greet visitors, determine visitor needs & direct them to correct department.
- Telephone - Routing multi-line telephone calls, and taking messages.
- Communicating with Persons Outside Organization—Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone, email or other digital means.
- Interacting with Computers—Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to set up functions, enter data, or process information. This includes: computers to enter, access or retrieve data and using word processing, spreadsheet and desktop publishing software.
- Communicating with Supervisors or Peers—Providing information to supervisors, co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Performing Clerical Activities—Performing day-to-day clerical tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. This includes: filling out forms and purchase requisitions, maintaining digital calendars, processing invoices.

- Mail - Open daily mail and distribute to staff.
